Interesting new blog on medical malpractice

I rather suspect I will strongly disagree with some of what is said on Adversarial Process, but I plan on reading a while to see what this lawyer has to say. So far, it looks promising. I've even pointed him to an article I was thinking of commenting on, as it gives a rather interesting take on the whole federal malpractice reform initiative; i.e., whether the federal government even has the power to regulate malpractice.
